Tax & Tax Exempt:

Non tax exempt customers are required to purchase Durashield seals through their local authorized distributor. Click here to locate a distributor.

Rush Ordering:

All Rush Orders Will Be Subject to an additional 25% charge + Expedited shipping fee's. Please Note: All Standard size seals usually have a 1 business day lead time.

Return Check: 

A return charge of $50.00 & Invoiced balance due in full via cashier’s check payment within 30 days from returned check date to avoid further interest charges.

Product returns are by RMA Authorization only:

All Standard size seals are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
All refunds will only be processed as a credit to your pre-existing account within the first 30 days from the original purchase date to the original purchaser, If you are a DISTRIBUTOR or OEM this means
You will have to accept the returned item and refund or credit the end user directly.
Returns will not be accepted from anyone except the original purchaser, Absolutely NO-3rd party returns!
Custom designed, or Full Stainless steel in any series, or Special size seals are non-returnable and are subject to all-sales-final.
Seals which have been used or installed or marked/scratched in any way are non-returnable! Must be as new in original packaging to qualify for return.
Returns will not be accepted for any items ordered with standard ground shipping specified, then a second similar order is placed next day air shipping just to get the 2nd items faster.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Warranty:

The standard warranty period is 30 days from shipping date to original purchaser.
Rebuild kits for standard size seals are always available, technical support for rebuilding, installation and seal maintenance is also available through our support team please email support@agdproducts.com

International Customers:

Please note: AGD Products, Inc. is not responsible for or subject to additional tariffs, taxes, customs or duty fees assessed by countries outside of the contiguous United States.
Any VAT, taxes or fee assessments by the destination country are the purchaser's responsibility.
